Vegan sticky chai latte

The amazing @paulpayasalad has shared his delicious and visually stunning recipe for his twist on the traditional chai latte.


  1. Heat 3-4 heaping teaspoons of Tea Culture Sticky Chai with 250ml soy milk (Bonsoy or Vitamilk are recommended).
  2. Add 1 teaspoon of honey (skip for vegan).
  3. Cook 100g of pearl barley in 600ml of water (this is for 2 servings). Make it blue with a pinch of dried #butterflypea flower. This may take up to 30mins.
  4. Serve hot otherwise add some ice.
