I don’t know how to brew or make tea. Where can I learn about tea?
Our packaging provides a brewing guide. However, the perfect brew is very subjective, and over time you may discover a different brew time/method that is appropriate for you. Until then, our brew guide is a great place to start!
Where does Tea Culture source its tea?
Our teas are sourced from all over the globe. The specific location can change from season to season, depending on where we can source the best quality. Some of our teas are blended here on the Mornington Peninsula using teas from overseas (i.e. Sticky Chai). If you have a query about a specific tea and where it has come from, get in touch with us at email@example.com and we’ll be able to give you some more detailed information.
Which teas are suitable to drink while pregnant/breastfeeding?
Tea Culture teas are blended and created for flavour and enjoyment, and as such we cannot provide any medical or therapeutic advice for pregnant or breastfeeding women. It’s best to chat to your naturopath or doctor who will be able to recommend teas that are suitable for your individual needs.
Are Tea Culture teas organic?
All of our teas are organic (made using certified organic ingredients).
How should I store my Tea Culture teas?
To ensure your tea stays as vibrant and delicious as when you took that first sip, we recommend resealing the bag & storing it away from direct sunlight.
I purchased a tea online and I don’t like the flavour. Can I return it?
Unfortunately only items that are in their original saleable condition can be returned.
Does tea expire? Is it safe to drink tea after it’s expired?
All of our teas have an expiry date, and we recommend enjoying them before they expire to ensure you get to experience their full and delicious flavour. Check the bottom of the pack for the best before date.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within Australia.
When will my order be shipped?
Wholesale orders are shipped the following day via standard shipping. Retail orders are shipped the following day using Express shipping. For retail purchasers, please note that the express shipping is a business cost to Tea Culture (pricing would remain the same if we offered standard shipping).
How can I track my order?
Upon dispatch, we send an email to inform you that your order has been completed with us, and is on its way. You should also receive an email with a tracking number from Australia Post. Please contact us if you do not receive this tracking information.
How do I return and/or exchange something?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Tea Culture purchase.
Unfortunately, given the nature of tea, we are unable to offer a refund if you do not like the taste of your teas (as the product is not in its original saleable condition). In the event your teas are damaged during the shipping process, we will offer a refund. You are required to return the damaged item. Please note that we do not cover return postage costs, however if you paid for postage in your original order, it will be refunded along with the purchase price of the item you return.
