Chamomile gets its name from the Greek ‘chamai melon’, which means ‘ground apple’. And there is a crisp apple finish to chamomile tea, muddled beneath cozy earth and layers of delicate florals. We source our chamomile flowers from Egypt – they’re premium grade, certified organic and endlessly versatile.
